Invest in Phase 1: The Foundational Study

We are raising £50,000 to launch the first and most critical phase of our research. This initial investment will provide the essential map that guides all future work to help autistic children.

Our full research vision is a multi-phase programme. However, we are currently focused on fully funding Phase 1 at £50,000. This initial proof-of-concept study is the essential foundation. The data we generate here will unlock the larger next phase of research, where we will validate our findings and test targeted interventions.

We have structured the costs for Phase 1 with maximum transparency:

The University is providing exceptional in-kind support by contributing expert researchers, supervisory oversight, and access to state-of-the-art laboratory infrastructure.

Your Donations are needed for the direct, out-of-pocket costs that we cannot proceed without.

This budget does not include the immense in-kind value of the donated time from our world-class academic team and the use of university laboratory facilities, which together form a significant additional contribution to this phase.

The Full Research Vision

The insights from Phase 1 will directly enable a larger £200,000 second phase. This future work will focus on:

1. Validating our initial findings in a larger group of children.

2. Designing and running a targeted intervention study to test practical nutritional strategies based on what we discover.
